My name is Shirley Johnson, and I'm with Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina.
I am licensed in both North and South Carolina. I have been in the real estate business for 26 years and have 10 years in Development and Property Management. I worked with Fonville Morisey in Raleigh, NC for 4 years before moving to Ocean Isle Beach. Once in Ocean Isle, I started with Prudential Carolina Realty and was with that company for four years before moving to Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty. I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer since starting in real estate and have become a member of the President Circle, Diamond Society, the Sterling Society and the President Elite Circle.
I am also very active in the community. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce. In 2005, I was the chairperson for the Chamber Board of Directors for one year and the Vice-Chair of Special Events. I also served as the Chairperson for the Oyster Festival for nine years as well as the chairperson for the entertainment for the Oyster Festival. I also served on the Golf Committee for the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce and was co-chair for the Raising the Roof for Habitat, which raised over $26,000. I served on the Board of Directors for the Brunswick County Tourism Development Authority and also the Committee for Community In Schools Gala.
I am married and have four children and five grandchildren. My hobbies are walking on the beach, boating, and I have recently starting golfing.
I love working and helping my clients find their home of their dreams whether it be in a golf community, intracoastal waterway, beach, retirement living or whatever their needs may be!
