Bob was awesome.  We are from Raleigh and knew we wanted to retire to a condo in Sea Trail.  Bob sent us every listing that came up.  When it came to due diligence Bob was awesome!  Since we were from out of town he met with inspectors and contractors on our behalf.  He went way above what we expected and we are so pleased we were working with Bob.  I also had a lot of questions that he went above and beyond to get us the answers.  If you need a REALTOR Bob is "THE GUY".
