I live in Kensington, MD. As the Buyer, I did not have the opportunity to choose Jayne Anderson -- but I got incredibly lucky. Jayne was the Seller's Agent on the small house I found while searching the net for a house for my son, who recently returned to live in Shallotte.

During the 70's and 80's, I worked for custom home builder and over those years I worked with a variety of sales agents. I was a bit uneasy about working long distance with an unknown Sellers Agent. However, after 10 minutes into my first conversation with Jayne my concerns disappeared.

Throughout the purchasing process Jayne was just what I needed. She was very professional and clear from the start re. her loyalties/priorities to the Seller. As the Buyer, I found her to be very reliable via phone and email; very resourceful -- providing lists, documents, all in a timely manner. Her step-by-step guidance was wonderful. And, finally, all was accomplished with on of Jayne's main assets -- an amazingly easy manner and a good sense of humor. She is a credit to her profession, and I am truly fortunate to have benefited from her help. I plan to taker her to lunch when I visit Ocean Isle this summer.
