Eddy is a local agent that earned his real estate license in 1993 after graduating from NC State University in Raleigh, NC. Subsequently he also earned the Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS) designation. Growing up at Ocean Isle Beach provided him with the unique opportunity to watch as the area evolved into what it is today - one of the best kept secrets on the East Coast!
Community involvement is an area Eddy firmly believes in. He has served on several Brunswick County Association of Realtor boards including the MLS Committee and Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a past president of the Lion’s Club. Currently, Eddy is an active Trustee of the Camp United Methodist Church in Shallotte, NC.
In his spare time, Eddy enjoys boating, inshore/offshore fishing, and quality time with his wife Karen and daughter Sidney.
