Jayne's philosophy of business centers around several key points: always learn, always try harder and never forget how you earned your success.

In keeping with that philosophy, Jayne started her career as a Connecticut State Trooper with over 14 years of distinguished service.

Joining the Coldwell Banker Sloane family with the opening of the Calabash office, Jayne started her real estate career as 2003 Rookie of the Year and followed each year with Coldwell Banker's Diamond Society and Presidents Elite awards.

Along the journey, Jayne has found time to serve on her local board of REALTORS as the MLS committee chair, Professional Standards committee chair, Grievance committee chair, Board of Directors, Strategic Planning committee, Leadership Retreat and Education committee.

In 2006, she was recognized by the North Carolina Association of REALTORS as a Rising Star. Jayne also holds twelve (12) real estate designations/certifications; along with being an Associate Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

She is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, a life time member of the Connecticut Association of Women Police, a member of the Connecticut State Police Academy Alumni Association, USAA member, Calabash Lions Club, volunteers at the local food pantry and has been active with the local literacy group.
