I always want "personal experience" over social media or advertising when looking for someone to work for me. I'm not impressed with past recommendations, I want to know WHO is going to work BEST for me, and Jayne is THAT person!

When we received the postcard from Jayne and called her she answered - it did not go to voicemail.  We set a time to meet and discuss the listing. She was most pleasant and informed on the market.  She provided us with comps so we could make the best decision on listing price.  As things moved forward, she walked us through any questions on the contract to list and what she expected to have happen.  She kept us informed and when we would call with questions, she would answer them promptly.  She provided a service company so we could make repairs to sliding glass door.  She provided a list of attorneys so we could find one for closing.  We are out of state, so this was very helpful.  As we needed to store some of our furniture, she provided a list of storage facilities close by and reasonable.  She knows the area and has a vast knowlege of vendors to assist in the selling of our condo, etc.  As we start to look for another condo, we will be in contact with Jayne.

The minute Tony & I met Jayne Anderson, we both felt an immediate connection, not only with her professionalism and knowledge, but with her kindness and Lord knows patience.  It took a lot of hard work and dedication from Jayne to finish this sale and without Jayne this transition could not be complete without her loyalty, integrity and commitment.
