Ann has an incredible knowledge of the local and surrounding area and does a lot of research into new building, new roads and a lot of factors that affect the reasons people may not want to buy.  She is responsive and accountable and always provided good advice about repairs or renovations.  I would highly recommend Ann to anyone looking to move to the Ocean Isle , Sunset Beach areas.
