After visiting the South Brunswick Islands for 15 years, Wayne decided to move to the area permanently in 1996. He and his family moved here from Greensboro, N.C. where he was involved in Senior Management with Sales, Marketing, and Promotions, and experience for a national Housing Company. He was also responsible for acquisitions and development of properties purchased by the Company.
Wayne joined Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty in their Commercial Division in 2006 and is specializing in both Business and Land sales. He works out of the Sunset Beach Office and is available in the area between Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Wilmington, N.C.
He is a member of the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors of South Carolina. He maintains an active license in both North and South Carolina.
