Wendy is a Brunswick County native and has deep roots in the South Brunswick Islands area. She enjoys living near the coast and calls Ocean Isle Beach her home. After graduating from high school, Wendy received her B.A. degree in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She furthered her education at the University of South Carolina, receiving a Master's degree in Counselor Education and a Master's degree in Educational Administration. Becoming interested in the real estate profession led to securing her NC Real Estate broker's license and joining Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty. Wendy is an agent who has superior area knowledge and provides outstanding service. Wendy's greatest loves are her family and friends. She is married to her high school and college sweetheart and they have three children: Blair, Everette, and Trey. The Milligans attend Camp Methodist Church in Shallotte where Wendy sings in the 'Joyful Noise Choir'. Wendy is also a member of the South Brunswick Islands Women's Club. When she's not showing property, you can find her running on the beach, taking shag lessons, or in her boat cruising the Intracoastal waterway.
