First of all, it was an inexpensive lot and hardly any of the other realtors I contacted even responded. Others were not willing to work for a small commission. Wendy got back to me right away. It did not matter to her that there was not a big paycheck in it for her. She drove out to the area and checked it out, did research and provided me with valuable info. (I live in Hawaii and inherited 2 lots so I did not know much about them). She worked very hard to get me a fair price and sell my lots. She communicated with me on all the necessary steps and was very professional. The thing that really stands out is that Wendy worked very hard on these 2 transactions. It did not matter to her that there wasn’t a lot of commission in it for her. She was going to do a thorough job and help me sell those lots. It says a lot about her professionalism and willingness to get the job done. I was not an easy client to get in contact with due to time differences (6 hours) and the fact that I am a teacher and cannot respond during the school day. Wendy was very patient and helpful. So, if you are looking for a realtor that will work hard, a good communicator and wants to genuinely help sell your property, Wendy Milligan is the one. Great service all the way! :)
