David Stuart specializes in real estate sales and leasing of retail and commercial properties in southeastern North Carolina and the Myrtle Beach area of SC. Clients include developers of shopping centers, mixed use communities and residential properties.
Previously, David was director of sales and leasing for a major commercial real estate company in NC’s Research Triangle and President of MAP Systems, Inc., a company that develops Internet web sites, marketing materials, industry recruitment and retention programs.
For 10 years, he directed the Management Services program at Research Triangle Institute and was lead consultant on numerous business development and site selection projects. David has served as consultant to commercial real estate companies, state Departments of Commerce, regional development organizations, and over 60 county and private development organizations.
His education includes a BS degree in experimental statistics and an ME degree in economics from NC State University and he is a PhD candidate in business administration from UNC at Chapel Hill.
