| BIOGRAPHY |
| My husband and I am formally from the Pittsburgh Pa. area. We were the owners and managed a retail sporting goods business for a number of years. We vacationed in the summers in the Southeastern South Brunswick Islands of NC. We loved this area and in 1994 moved to the breathtaking resort area of Lockwood Folly CC near Holden Beach. NC. As we are still young and active we decided not to retire but to become Realtors and sell this beautiful area that we love so much. We specialize in the community we live in, Lockwood Folly CC and the surrounding coastal area. I have been in real estate sales since 1995 and have specialized in on-site developments. I love working with clients and listen to their needs and talk to them about how this area fits into their plans for the future. The areas that I have been an on-site Realtor include Wilmington?s upscale community of Landfall, the golf course communities of Winding River and Lockwood
Folly. I also am a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and have teamed up with my husband to bring all of our skills together to further help our clients.
